Slingsby Property Group (“SPG”) is led by Tom Slingsby, a property developer with more than 18 years of experience across the residential and living sectors, including affordable housing, purpose-built student accommodation (“PBSA”), co-living, hotels and mixed-use regeneration.
Prior to founding SPG, Tom spent over a decade at Southern Grove, where he served as Group Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for the origination, acquisition, planning, financing, development and delivery of major projects across London and the UK. During this period, he worked extensively with institutional investors, local authorities, housing providers, landowners and development partners across a broad range of asset classes.
Tom’s wider track record includes securing approval for major affordable housing and residential schemes, including 144 affordable homes at 55 West in West Ealing and 220 affordable homes at Seasalter Lane in Whitstable. He also established and led the Future Generation student accommodation platform, which delivered more than 2,000 bedrooms across five UK university cities. SPG draws on this experience to bring forward high-quality, sustainable and affordable residential-led developments, working in partnership with public and private sector organisations.
