This consultation covers two aspects: the site-wide masterplan, which sets the overarching framework for the entire development, and Wates’ site-specific masterplan for the larger eastern area (approximately 1,500 homes). We’re consulting on Wates’ detailed proposals now which include the essential infrastructure and community facilities, including schools, employment space, and the neighbourhood centre, that will serve the whole development. Slingsby Property Group will bring forward their own consultation on the site-specific masterplan for the western area (approximately 450 homes) in due course.
